Have a Site that Needs Hits? Well, here's a great way to get some! Introducing OUr New Program, Banner Advertisement! Your Banner Will be Displayed on the Indes and the Main Page!

Rules

1. You Must Have a Banner that is 468 by 60 Pixels (The Most Popular Banner Size)
2. NO Porn, Hate, Adult Content, etc Sites Allowed!
3. Any Of the Following Sites are Allowed: Personal, Blog, Fansite, Fanlisting, Anime, and Graphics Sites. If your site is not in one of the following genres, try submitting anyways, because I might have missed a genre, or like your site.
4. If you are accepted into the Banner Program, You MUST Link us in some way. I prefer either a Banner (if you have a Banner Program), a Link Button (somewhere visible like on the Index, Main, or All of the pages if you prefer), or a Text Link (also Visible). If I don't see out Banner/Link somewhere, you will be out of the program without warning.
5. To make sure you have read the Rules, please put in the phrase Country Roads Whisper in the Anything Else category.
5. Your site will be Rotated for 2 Weeks. IF 2 weeks has passed, and there are not a lot of Banners in the Program, I"ll advertise until some other banner comes in.
6. Maximum of 10 Banners to be rotated, not including our Banners.
